Spaceland looks like a classic 2.5D tactical-RPG game full of fun.
I personally find the whole design and even the character animation delightful and just looking at the trailer is enough for me to want the game.
it is also the latest creation from Tortuga Team, the developers behind the successful multiplatform fantasy tactical RPG series Braveland.
With Spaceland, they promised to drop players into the boots of a tough-as-nails tactical team of Space Rangers Lead as they explore an alien world and defeat its vicious denizens in turn-based combat. The tactical and turn-based parts really mean that the placement of your team member will be important.
However, the game also promised to be fast-paced and that battles will take 10-15 minutes.
Everreach: Project Eden is a story-driven 3rd person action RPG and it looks incredible! Check the trailer below.
In Everreach: Project Eden your play as Nora Harwood, member of Everreach’s Security Division, on a mission to secure the colonization process of Eden. This means a lot of exploration, some long-forgotten civilization, action, shooting, and an amazing skill system.
It clearly got some inspiration from Halo, Mass Effect or Destiny. It is also worth mentioning that the planet is co-designed by Mai-Anh Tran, an artist who worked on sci-fi movies such as WarCraft and Star Trek: Beyond. Michelle Clough, a former narrative QA and game writer for the Mass Effect trilogy, helped to create the game’s enthralling story. And even one of the voice actors, D.C. Douglas (“Legion” in Mass Effect 2 and “Wesker” in Resident Evil) will be there!
The game will be released on PC and Xbox One in September and a bit later for the PS4 version.
