Two in one! Zombieland: Double Tap recently got a trailer and today a coop game has also been announced.
Zombieland: Double Tap is the sequel of Zombieland, a movie obviously with zombies but actually a funny comedy. The original movie was actually released 10 years, and the same cast will be in the sequel, but older, which is nice. Check the trailer just to get an opinion, but definitely sounds like a lot of fun. It will be in theatres on October 19th.
The second news is that a game will be available on October 15th. It will be a coop shooter on Playstation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC. The game is actually called Zombieland: Double Tap – Road Trip and set after the first movie (and so probably before the second one). And it will be up to 4 players, No images or video yet, this will probably be a small and quick game just to link the two movies and grab a bit of cash. But you never know, it could be a nice little game to play.
I would however highly recommend seeing the movie!
Another obscure trailer is available for Death Stranding, with some ideas of what is going on in that game.
Apparently, Sam (Norman Readus) got the mission from a dying president of the USA to go West in some apocalyptical world. The mission is not that simple because of a terrifying world, some militant separatist group called Homo Demens and BT’s, which are some kind of ghosts.
Yep, the world also got some supernatural stuff, that looks like people prisoners from past events and coming back as ghosts. But do not worry, you can see them by having a baby around your neck.
Finally, the released date is set for November this year!
In additions to that, the Special, Delux and Collector’s edition has been revealed too on Sony’s website.
You may be happy to know that the Collector’s edition got a Life-sized BB Pod Statue (the baby in the bottle), Sam’s BRIDGES Cargo Case and Ludens Keychain.
In the last State of Play Sony has shown a trailer for Predator: Hunting Grounds.
More information has been given about it. It will be an online multiplayer game due in 2020.
One group of players will be the elite team, with SMGs, shotguns, sniper rifles and more. While another player will be the Predator, with stealth and alien technology.
The elite team will attempt to carry missions (kill bad guys and recover items) and the predator tries to stop them.
Charles Brungardt, CEO of IllFonic also says:
“Once we decided on Predator, it was clear this needed to be a shooter that had to look and feel authentic. Our team’s passion for Predator helped us launch the partnership with Sony Interactive Entertainment and Fox. Not only do these powerhouses believe in our vision, which has made this a dream project, they understand what we want to create.
Our motto at IllFonic is “Gameplay over everything” and we believe that will be evident the moment players enter the hunting grounds. There will be surprises in store for everyone when the game launches next year.”
Glad to hear it! Can’t wait to see some gameplay of Predator: Hunting Grounds.
